Service Standards

Ethics and integrity rule the day with us and as such, you can rest assured that we value and respect you and our business relationship. We provide refunds, returns and exchanges, when/if the product/service you receive is different from what was ordered or what was represented.

Working in good faith, we seek to listen for your needs and concerns and will do our best to resolve to mutual satisfaction any conflict. We value and protect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and customers. ARVoices Strategic Leadership Network nor ARVis Institute shares or sell our client/customer account details or emails with any third parties.

Privacy Policy

ARVoices Strategic Leadership Network and ARVis Institute do not share information with third parties. We collect minimum information from our network members and customers, and we hold this information in the highest confidence, not sharing it or selling it to any outside party or with in-house individuals either unless they have an expressed need for the information in the regular order of business.

We use the information you provide to deliver the highest possible service to you, to modify our program, services, website and offerings for you, to maintain and update network data and directories and to understand who you are and how best to reach and serve you. We do not share your information with anyone who doesn’t need it to conduct the regular business of serving you. We do not sell your information at all.
