Terina Allen is the president & CEO of ARVis Institute. Terina gets “it” – the hard and soft side of organizational success, and she turns your strategic intentions into reality. She has committed her research, education, and professional talents to transforming governments, corporations and educational institutions, and she ensures today’s leaders and managers have the capacity to create high-performing organizations and the competence to affect positive change.
Her expertise is in strategy (from thinking to executing), organizational structures, program management, performance systems and metrics, organization development, change management, policy, and leadership development. Terina applies a proprietary 8-step methodology for management consulting, and she delivers executive coaching using the trademarked DREAR coaching model which she designed.
Terina serves as a leader, consultant, coach, educator, author, and internationally recognized speaker in the development and application of strategic solutions, OD interventions, and system-based change. She is well versed in conducting rigorous qualitative and quantitative analyses of systems, structures, and processes and managing client engagements and projects.

Steve Clayborn serves as the chief innovation officer (CIO) and chief operations officer (COO) for ARVis. He pursues innovative solutions and designs business models that maximize and align program, financial, and policy competence. Steve is a creative, out-of-the box thinker who challenges the status quo and adds a refreshing culture-building perspective to enterprise-wide change initiatives. He has a strong record of knowing when and how to innovate to maintain a competitive advantage and utilizes strong influence and communication skills to create buy in. He is tuned in with internal and external stakeholder needs and bridges the gap between planning and implementation.
Steve works with our management consultants, project teams, and clients to provide expertise and oversight on applying new methodologies, improving and streamlining service delivery, assessing project plans, reducing/eliminating redundancies, and conducting feasibility studies. He leads corporate research and development to ensure methods, processes, and plans are sufficiently matched with the internal and external needs. Ultimately, he is charged with weighing risk and consequences of various ideas and action plans and then determining or recommending which ideas and action plans have the most merit and which to fund. Additionally, he works with the CEO on long-term and comprehensive projects to perform a gap analysis regarding organizational change initiatives and innovation decisions against the value added and rewards gained for the client.
He has a strong presence, leads and educates others, and is not limited by what he “knows.” As a result, he has been selected by various leaders to lead and oversee complex and large-scale initiatives and stimulate new thinking and redirection in times of uncertainty and change.
